Sticky No More!

Yesterday I went and bought new drinking glasses. I get them home and was going to throw them in the dishwasher when I realized the price sticker was stuck on the bottom of the glass. Well OF COURSE the paperey sticky stuff is left behind. I really hate when that happens. So, my first thought is ... Call Mom she'll have some kind of answer as to how to get that stuff off. Well I was wrong, she's like me we've read it a thousand times on the internet... "how to take the sticky price stickers off", yet neither one of us can remember. So I did a little research and it said to use Peanut Butter. What? Peanut Butter? well ok, it can't get much worse right? So I did it!

Here are the glasses Before:


Take a papertowel and rub some peanut butter on the paperey sticky stuff and let it set for about 10 minutes or so:


Put a drop of dishwashing liquid on the area to be cleaned and rub with the other end of your papertowel. Run under warm water and rub with a dish rag! And it's ALL GONE!


I have to tell you I was so amazed! It really really worked no sticky paperey stuff at all it was all gone! I was so excited. Can you tell? Excited enough to share it here on my blog! I hope this can be of help to you at some point down the road!!!
